Open the private Review & Sign link in the email from A-1. Check the scope, line items, total and terms before approving. You can view the quote on your phone or computer.

A clear way to review your work, approve the quote and keep your records.
Type your full name
Enter your full name in the marked field. Your signature appears below in a signature-style font. Review it, then tap Sign & Accept. Your signature is saved in the designated space on the PDF. No drawing, Google Doc, or PDF editing app is needed.
Keep the signed copy
Your accepted quote and signature are saved together. Download the signed PDF for your records. Later changes to the approved work or price are handled in a separate change order.
INVOICE PAYMENTS
Pay from
your invoice.
When A-1 provides an online payment link, use the link for your specific invoice to open Square checkout. Review the business name and amount before paying.
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Please do not email card numbers or enter them in the service-request form.
